Sounds good. I think cannellini beans would be good in it as well. Give it more mouth feel and richness. Maybe some chilis too. And, for us anyway, 6-7 times more garlic. :) Then again, we go through more than 10 bulbs of garlic in a week. So don't gauge by us.
